In my career with Pumpjack Dataworks, a SaaS startup company specializing in aggregrating fan data to better support sports teams in a variety of use cases.

Most of my work started with data discovery as most clubs were unaware of all their available data sources, nor their existing data silos or their inconsistency in data integrity, and the various tech stacks that overlayed one another which creates inefficiency in spend and total use of a system/product.

We consult first on the business itself, them its missions, values & communicated goals - then we can map the available data to assist in selecting the right projects to move their business forward.

For all of the above clients, I conducted & deployed an internal questionnaire by department, as to get a better understanding of all the current systems, softwares, & desired outputs from each identified sources. I then also reviewed for historical data sources (for instance - a past ticketing system) to get a complete picture of the total data available, how./where it was stored, where there is overlap in capabilitry of current systems (data stack), & finally are all available softwares they have being used to their full capacity or capability?

PROJECT: FC Dallas (MLS) - Fan Behaviors & Supporters Section

FC Dallas has an opportunity to better create a true supporters section & begin to build a culture they desire around the club. Through my experience as a former founder & president of the BYB, coupled with my work on-boarding and building use-cases for clients. Here are some solutions we built & reviewed, in order to ensure we were getting the desired behavior changes we were aiming for through positive reinforcement.
