My personal philosophy is really summed up in one simple math equation:

That being said, I focus as a parent to grow my children’s feelings around the uncertain & the unknown and push for them to embrace exploration, travel, & building their confidence as future citizens & members of society. I want them to live inspired, passionate & fullfilling lives full of empathy, authenticity, confidence, & bursting with happiness. Not that my time as a parent has anything to do with my career, but it does demonstrate some of my priorities regarding my team, how I chose to lead, & how I choose to show up authentically - both in the office & at home.
Kayla and I make a home in Carmel, IN where I am close to the kids and all their crazy activities!
